I’m Josh Langenheim, owner of StoneFruit Coffee Co.

When I opened my first coffee shop, I honestly had no idea what I was doing. What I did know was that if I was going to chase this dream, I was going to work as hard as I possibly could and learn everything I could along the way. Every mistake became a lesson, every success came because of people who believed in me, and every cup of coffee helped build something bigger than I ever imagined.

Because of this incredible community, StoneFruit has grown to five locations. None of that happens without you. Your support, encouragement, and friendships have allowed me to keep investing in the place I’m proud to call home.

Now it’s time for the next chapter.

Steel Valley Brew Works was built with one goal in mind—to create a place where everyone feels welcome. A place where families can gather, friends can catch up, coworkers can unwind after a long day, and strangers can become neighbors. Around here, people work hard. I believe they deserve somewhere that feels comfortable, genuine, and full of life.

The name Steel Valley is a tribute to the people and industries that built this region. It’s a reminder of where we came from and the hardworking spirit that continues to make this community special.
